Our client's customers who were multi-national marketing agencies did not have easy means to collaborate on their design assets with others in their organizations which were spread across geography.
01Discover
We conducted stakeholder interviews to get a deep dive understanding of their business model. We did a competition analysis to identify possible feature and experience gaps. We evaluated their existing portal using heuristic principles for any usability issues.
02Define
We decided to build an enterprise digital asset management system with support for collaboration through creative project management. The web-based asset management system will serve as a central repository for the agencies to store, organize and repurpose their marketing assets across vendors and regions.
Business workflow
We created a simple depiction of the business workflow of how the product will work for both agent persona and the client persona.
Wireframes
We ideated and created multiple wireframes to get early feedback from our clients.
03Design
An asset preview where users can add their comments as annotations.
