The client wanted to make their operations more efficient. They had considerable amount of operational data, using which they wanted a solution which enhanced the decision-making capability of key stakeholders.
01Discover
We conducted stakeholder interviews and focus group discussions with experts to understand the business goals and user requirements. We identified two important personas and documented their goals, motivations and frustrations.

02Define
We realized there was a need for intuitive, informative, and concise dashboard which were specific to users instead of a generic dashboard. Upon analyzing the underlying data, we also came up with brand new metrics which augmented their existing decision-making process, which had the potential to improve operations efficiency.
03Design
Simple and intuitive dashboards were designed with right charts to visualize the underlying metrics and data. Most of the clutter that was unnecessary were stripped, so that users can focus on the data that mattered.
